“Altman Solon turbo-launched my career and I could not be more grateful. I had the privilege of being surrounded by brilliant, kind people who generously contributed their time and knowledge to my development. I learned how to identify big problems, find answers when they were not apparent, and align around the data-driven truth. It also laid a framework for how to build a culture based on shared values and compassion. Altman Solon is a special place and I am honored to be an alumna.”

The training and mentorship, combined with its culture of excellence, has instilled in me a certain dedication to quality that I’m confident will stand me in good stead for the rest of my career. “My time at Altman Solon established the foundation for dissecting problems, envisioning a solution, planning a project, and managing a team to execute. At Altman Solon, I always loved that the people in the highest positions in the company could, and often would, do any of the roles required on a team, which was instrumental in making them the effective leaders that they are. The firm’s leadership has done a tremendous job building a culture where everyone is treated with respect, encouraged, and supported through their professional journeys.”
Adam Cohen-Aslatei | Founder and CEO, S’More Date
Adam Cohen-Aslatei joined Altman Solon in 2015 as a Consultant in our New York City office. He left to drive marketing efforts at Jun Group before taking the entrepreneurial path by founding S’More. Since 2019, S’More has raised over $3.2M in seed funding.
“Adam said that his experience at Altman Solon “gave me the tools I needed to launch a successful startup, from fostering client relationships and performing robust data analytics, to constructing and delivering quality presentations that pack a punch.
