Anthony Milovantsev

Anthony Milovantsev is an expert in cloud and digital infrastructure with more than a decade of strategy consulting experience in Telecom, Media, and Technology. Anthony started his Altman Solon career helping build the firm’s CEE business. He also a leader of Altman Solon’s EMEA data centre/cloud practice.

Anthony focuses on advising investors and operators in the data centre, hosting, cloud / SaaS, and IT outsourcing space through strategy/business plan development, commercial and technical transaction analysis, and due diligence support. He also has significant experience in telco infrastructure (including fiber and towers) across Europe, Africa, and North America.

Prior to joining Altman Solon, Anthony worked in investment banking in the U.S. He earned his MA and BA from Stanford University and a Master’s in Management from Cambridge University.
