Min Li

Min brings expertise in the TMT sectors, partnering with private equity investors and corporate clients to drive growth and value creation. With a specialization in strategy consulting and M&A advisory, Min has led and delivered more than 80 projects across the TMT value chain. His projects include market entry strategies, value proposition enhancement, operating model optimization, competitive intelligence, and strategic partnership development. Min's experience encompasses working with private equity clients, providing support on both buy-side and sell-side engagements. 

Deeply passionate about the dynamic and evolving landscape of the TMT industry, Min has developed expertise in IT services, tech-enabled services, cybersecurity, B2B information and data services, verticalized software, and digital marketing. 

Before joining Altman Solon, Min dedicated over nine years to TMT strategy consulting, including a secondment at a PE-invested portfolio company, where he led strategic internal projects and corporate development initiatives. Min holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Information Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
