Suhaib Rangoonwala
Suhaib advises clients in the technology and digital media sectors on growth strategy through organic initiatives and M&A. Suhaib is experienced in enterprise SaaS and technology-enabled services, specializing in evaluating the commercial impact of transitioning from legacy architecture to cloud-native business models. He also supports clients across the B2C technology and digital media landscape, including social media, sports and gaming, eCommerce, and FinTech. Outside of consulting work, Suhaib leads on a number of pro bono and diversity initiatives at the firm.
Suhaib brings nearly 15 years of experience across strategy consulting, private equity, and corporate development roles. Prior to joining Altman Solon in 2019, Suhaib worked as a strategy consultant for Strategy& at PwC and Monitor Group at Deloitte. He also previously led strategic initiatives across the private equity portfolio of Temasek Holdings in Singapore and led investments in industrial technology and M&A for an oil field services firm.
Suhaib earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and his Master’s in Business Administration from INSEAD in France.
