Charles Cieutat

Charles Cieutat has more than 10 years of experience in the Telecom and IT industries. Charles advises on corporate M&A, growth and restructuring, sales/marketing/operations strategy, business case development, and go-to-market planning for wireline and wireless communications providers, Internet infrastructure providers, OEMs, and investors. Charles’ areas of expertise include telecom services, internet infrastructure (e.g., data centers, fiber networks, subsea fiber), cloud services, IT technology, wireless/M2M, and satellite.

Charles prior experience is in Corporate IT where he was an IT and SAP System manager at Renault/Nissan. In this capability, he managed a ~$20M annual budget buying IT infrastructure and IT professional services. He also was a Telecom Technical Sales Engineer at Orange where he designed complex corporate networks.Charles holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science with High Distinction from Telecom SudParis in France and a MS in Telecom Engineering with High Distinction from Monash University in Australia. He also earned an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
