Florian Rapp has 15 years of experience advising clients within enterprise software, IT services, and digital technologies. He works with leading private equities and corporate investors throughout Europe, with a particular focus on the DACH region, Benelux, and the Nordics.
Florian’s work focuses on multiple tech domains, including application software (e.g. ERP, finance & accounting, HCM, GRC, supply chain), vertical software (e.g. e-commerce, construction, healthcare, fintech, education), and infrastructure software (e.g. cyber security, data management/integration).
Florian supports clients throughout the entire M&A cycle, from initial planning (thesis creation and validation, deal sourcing), to deal execution (buy-side and vendor commercial due diligence, market sizing and research, competitive positioning) and operationalization (post-investment strategy, 100-day programs, post-merger integration). His work frequently focuses on bridging commercial decision-making with foundational technical capabilities and the advancements that drive it.
Florian studied business administration at ESB Reutlingen in Germany and Harvard University in the United States.
