Boston – Altman Solon, the largest global strategy consulting firm focused exclusively on the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) sectors, has promoted broadband and wireless expert Timothy Wickham to Partner.
“For the past decade, Tim has been a key contributor to Altman Solon’s growth in mobile and broadband telecom, a core area of our business,” said Altman Solon CFO Steve Conway. “Tim’s deep understanding of Fiber deployment strategies, balanced with his broader experience working across the telecom and technology spectrum, has made him an asset to our global TMT clients.”
Wickham, who joined the firm in 2011, is an expert in consumer broadband and wireless, the Internet of Things, unified communications, and B2B services strategies. He helps Altman Solon’s global TMT clients on a variety of critical business issues, including corporate strategy, go-to-market planning, competitive analysis. Wickham is also very active with Altman Solon’s investor clients conducting investment due diligence on all aspects of telecom and internet infrastructure, with a particular specialty on Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) deployment.
Wickham earned his BS in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and his MBA from Cornell University, Johnson Graduate School of Management.
