Altman Solon recognized as TMT Due Diligence Firm of the Year at the 2024 TMT M&A Awards USA
New York: Altman Solon has been named Due Diligence Firm of the Year at the TMT M&A Awards USA 2024. Between June 2023 and May 2024, Altman Solon completed over 300 buy-side, sell-side, and financing due diligence projects in the U.S. for over 190 unique clients, in addition to hundreds of corporate strategy engagements as well as client support with post-merger integration. The firm’s due diligence engagements cover a wide range of subsectors within TMT: data center and related products and services, fiber-to-the-home, enterprise fiber, towers, engineering and construction services, sports, digital media, hardware, software, and IT and managed services. Altman Solon also provides expertise and guidance in emerging areas such as generative AI, advertising, post-merger integration and value creation, and e-commerce.
