San Francisco – Altman Solon, the largest global strategy consulting firm focused exclusively on the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) sectors, has promoted enterprise software & consumer technology specialist Suhaib Rangoonwala to Director.

Suhaib brings nearly 15 years of experience across strategy consulting, private equity, and corporate development roles in North and Latin America, EMEA, and APAC. He advises clients across the technology and digital media landscape on growth strategy through organic initiatives and M&A. He is experienced in enterprise SaaS and technology-enabled services, specializing in evaluating the commercial impact of transitioning from legacy architecture to cloud-native business models. He also advises B2C clients in areas of convergence between technology and media including social media, sports and gaming, and eCommerce. Outside of his consulting work, Suhaib leads the firm’s pro bono initiatives.
Prior to joining Altman Solon in 2019, Suhaib held consulting roles at Strategy& and Monitor Group and led strategic initiatives across the private equity portfolio of Temasek Holdings. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and his Master’s in Business Administration from INSEAD in France.
