New York: Altman Solon, the largest global strategy consulting firm focused exclusively on the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) sectors, has promoted telecom and tech expert Ben Ackerman to Director in the New York office.

Altman. "Over the past eight years, Ben has provided excellent service to our global clients. Now, as a member of our Management Committee, Ben will help us continue to grow and innovate."
Ackerman, who first joined Altman Solon as an intern, works with global telecom and technology companies and investors on critical business issues, including corporate strategy, go-to-market planning, growth opportunities, product portfolio & packaging strategy, market positioning, and M&A. He has domain expertise in consumer telecom products, network deployment planning, digital infrastructure, Unified Communications as a Service (USaaS), and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS). Ackerman also has a long track record of successfully supporting governments and other public sector entities in planning and implementing broadband and digital equity programs.
Ackerman received his bachelor’s degree with distinction in Global Affairs and Electrical Engineering from Yale University.
