Jonatan Matsson

Jonatan Matsson is a Telecommunications & Technology expert who runs and helped establish Altman Solon’s office in Stockholm. Jonatan has more than 20 years of experience advising TMT clients on strategic and operational matters in the Nordics and globally. His areas of expertise include AI, telecom B2B, and new telecom product development, and he advises clients on large-scale cost transformation, lean process redesign, segmentation, and commercial and sales excellence, among other topics. 

Before Altman Solon, Jonatan led the Nordic offices of Kearney and, before that, was the European head of Kearney’s Communications, Media, and Technology practice. He earned an M.Sc. in Engineering in Physics from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden and a degree in Business studies from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management in the U.S.
